Our belief

Water, Water, Water issues! Process becomes more important in today situation, by our case we are not raising the crustaceans or fish, we are feeding the bacteria inside the system so water can be balanced and works by themselves, like what the sea is offering crustaceans. By doing that, water will be very less likely to be exchange and balanced will be met accordingly (link).

Algae! We create our own algae production, on doing so we have made 2 important approaches:
 

  1. Supporting the cost of the fish/shrimp feed (efficiency)

  2. Eliminate antibiotics and food supplement for fish/shrimp

Biofilter in this system is very important to maintain the water quality, it is patented for its purpose, this product is used for PH, Ammonium, and other particles on water that it may be harmful for the animals

Our approach 

Fact on biofilter :

On 1 biofilter with the dimension volume of 3332cm3, with the assumption cell growth 10^5 cell/mL, it can uptake TAN up to 10.000 ppm in 24 hours

Compare to bioball -------->

​

  • Surface is rough, more bacteria can attach 

  • Degrade more than 85% TAN in 24 hours, compare to bioball 60% in 24 hours

  • Can be use also for ph controller, as bioball only for ammonium

  • Cost efficient compare to bioball

  • Easy to use

Condition at the moment

Condition on environment in Indonesia drives us to scale up our operation by connecting all stakeholders including conventional pond owner in Tarakan, Makassar, retail and manufacturer as buyer, and logistic

Local consumption is still low

As is known, Indonesia's market share has only reached about 7% of the total 2018 global shrimp imports of 2.570 million tons. As for a number of components that cause high domestic shrimp production costs include feed and infrastructure.
